- You don’t need any expert knowledge.
- You don’t need lump sums of money.
- You decide what level of risk to take.
- You decide how much to invest.
- Although StratEquity manages your investment, you decide when to sell.
- You are in control.
HOW THE WEALTH CREATOR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN WORKS:
The Wealth Creator Subscription Plan is logical, practical, profitable and affordable.
Simply decide how much you can afford to invest on a monthly basis (Minimum R260.00) and how much risk you are willing to accept on this amount (select the INVESTCO that suites you best). The investment portion of your subscription will be used to purchase shares in that INVESTCO every month. The INVESTCO then acts as the investor and may invest in listed shares, money market instruments, debentures and securitised debt, warrants, certificates, other instruments, bonds, derivative instruments and participatory interests in collective investment schemes.

Subscribers contribute to the Wealth Creator Subscription Plan

- Each of the INVESTCO’s (1 to 3) are unlisted public companies. These companies are investment companies. Your monthly net investment amount is utilised to buy shares in the INVESTCO that you have selected. These companies utilise the capital to buy instruments in the manner as explained. The share prices of the INVESTCO’s are determined by the value of the underlying investments on a daily basis.
- StratEquity charges a take on fee of 0,5% of the net investment amount, an annual management fee of 1,5% and an annual performance fee (calculated on the value increase of your investment) of 5%.
- Fees may be reviewed on an annual basis.
WHAT DOES STRATEQUITY DO?
StratEquity is licensed by the Financial Services Board as an asset manager and actively manages the investments of tens of thousands of investor clients.
StratEquity follows a strategic process:
- StratEquity identifies and investigates investment opportunities in listed companies and other investment instruments.
- Using technical and fundamental analysis tools, aspects such as the business plan, capital needs, financial statements, future profitability, growth potential, management, products, historic performance, industry and more are analysed.
- Once approved, StratEquity instructs the independent Empowerment Investments Company (INVESTCO) to acquire shares on behalf of the shareholders (StratEquity clients) in these companies.
- The investment opportunity can either be executed through the acquisition of new issue shares in such a listed company (shares are bought directly from the company and the funds are utilised by that company for expansion purposes), or by buying trading shares on the JSE (shares owned by other investors).
- StratEquity monitors the performance of the different investments on a continual basis, looking for the most advantageous time to sell the shares for the maximum profit.
- When the time is right to sell certain shares, StratEquity instructs the INVESTCO to sell these shares, thereby growing the value of the INVESTCO and freeing up capital with which to invest into the next opportunity, and so the process starts over again.
StratEquity offers the following risk profiled investment companies (INVESTCO’s) to choose from:
STRATEQUITY EMPOWERMENT INVESTMENTS 1
StratEquity’s High Risk Investment Solution. This option is ideal for investors that understand that the best rewards usually come from taking the biggest risks and who are willing to accept such risks on this particular investment. Up to 90% of the capital in this investment may be allocated to potential high growth companies and/or Exchange Traded Funds (ETF's).
STRATEQUITY EMPOWERMENT INVESTMENTS 2
StratEquity’s Medium/High Risk Investment Solution. This option is ideal for investors that are not averse to risk regarding this investment and who seek consistent above average long term capital growth in spite of the investment fluctuating in value over the short to medium term. Up to 75% of the capital in this investment may be allocated to equities in high growth companies and/or ETF’s with any balance being invested into “safer” equities such as property shares.
STRATEQUITY EMPOWERMENT INVESTMENTS 3
StratEquity’s Medium Risk Investment Solution. This option is ideal for investors that are willing to accept short term fluctuations, but prefer consistent growth. Not more than 50% will be invested into potential high growth companies and/or ETF’s, with any balance being invested in equities such as property shares and collective investment schemes.
WHO DECIDES WHERE I INVEST?
You decide which risk profiled INVESTCO to invest into and StratEquity will decide where and how to invest the capital of that INVESTCO according to its risk profile. StratEquity has full discretionary powers over the investments. StratEquity has a team of investment specialists who identify the best investment opportunities in the market and invest the funds to maximise return over the medium term.
StratEquity offers a simple solution where investors do not require capital or expertise to start enjoying the benefits of investing in shares.
THE STRATEQUITY WEALTH CREATOR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN IS NOT A UNIT TRUST
A Unit Trust is an investment vehicle created in terms of the Unit Trust Control Act. The purpose of a unit trust is to invest the monies received from its Unit-holders for a specific predefined purpose. A unit trust sells units to investors and the collective pool of funds is usually invested into a specific sector of the stock market, for example Resources such as gold and minerals. The Unit Trust Control Act limits the flexibility of where and how the funds may be invested.
Through the Wealth Creator Subscription Plan investors purchase unlisted shares (instead of units) in one of the INVESTCO’s, making the investor a shareholder instead of a unit holder. The INVESTCO is not governed by the same laws that apply to Unit Trusts and can therefore invest into a wider variety of investments including listed shares, money market instruments, debentures and securitised debt, warrants, certificates, other instruments, bonds, derivative instruments and participatory interests in collective investment schemes.
CAN I BUY ADDITIONAL SHARES OR INCREASE MY DEBIT ORDER?
You may purchase additional shares at any time. Simply contact the StratEquity Client Service Centre for assistance. You may also increase your debit order amount at any stage by giving StratEquity such notice in writing.
HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT?
Flexibility is one of the key characteristics of the product. There is no minimum contractual term and you may stop contributing at any time by giving StratEquity 30 days written notice.
Why should you look at this business opportiunity?
